One of the biggest challenges facing nonprofit organizations and ministries is connecting with the right partners. Building alliances with those that are able to help advance your mission or kingdom cause. It doesn’t take long to exhaust our relationships, then we find our ministry stalling because we don’t have a growing network of partners.
Some nonprofit organizations and para church ministries advance their cause by connecting with other nonprofit ministries. Through developing alliances both ministries can dramatically increase their effectiveness.
Many nonprofit organizations and para church ministries exist to serve the local church in some capacity. They are actively seeking to grow their partnerships with churches and develop long term strategies with them. But there seems to be a trust gap between the church and the nonprofit world.
Local churches are called to impact their world locally, regionally and internationally. Sometimes the best way to do that is by partnering with ministry or para church organization that have a specific focus. Organizations that specialize in a certain aspect of ministry are able to rapidly equip a local church, help launch a new ministry and generally increase their ability to make a difference.
Example: Say a local church has a vision to start an international micro lending focus to enhance their global mission work. It might be wise to partner with a ministry expert in that area. Organizations like Opportunity International and Hope International have years of practical experience developing successful international micro lending programs.
Growth Mission works with a wide variety of churches, denominations and pastor’s networks. Thus, we are uniquely positioned to serve both churches and nonprofit organizations in mobilization and growth. Many of our expanding network of specialized nonprofit organizations and para church ministries are excited about connecting with churches and other ministries. We can often help build alignment and develop partnerships for you by introducing you to a number of these potential partners for the advancement of your mission.
