We the begin journey to health and growth by obtaining good information. We first start by determining where we are so we can effectively plot a new direction for the church. We use various assessment data to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the church and leaders to develop new opportunities to advance your ministry.

We work with your church and leadership team to help advance a fresh church business plan and strategy including:

*Provide bi-weekly executive coaching meeting for the pastor ($250 value)
Review of overall Sunday church experience
Facilitate 8 hours of strategic planning with the church leadership team to establish new goals, mission, vision, values and action plan
Clarify church roles, responsibilities, job descriptions and objectives
Develop a management strategy to walk out the strategic plan
Launch new outreach and evangelism initiatives
Implement assimilation and follow up training programs
Implement new leadership development and pathway to maturity plans
Facilitate monthly team meetings with church planning teams
Develop a pastoral succession plan (if appropriate)
