We the begin journey to health and growth by obtaining good information. We first start by determining where we are so we can effectively plot a new direction for the church. We use various assessment data to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the church and leaders to develop new opportunities to advance your ministry.

Each assessment costs $300 and includes a 90-minute consultation to interpret the results. With each assessment we provide results, recommendations, and action steps to make the most of the gathered data.

We recommend a church do all 3 assessments within a 3 month timeframe to get the best picture of the church to have enough information to make the critical decisions that can realign the church toward health and growth.

1. Church Leadership Assessment - $300.00
This assessment is done by the pastor or senior church leader. It evaluates the challenges, struggles, and stressors of the church leader. We use this assessment, along with coaching calls to determine the problem areas that inhibit effective church leadership. We provide recommendations designed to realign the leadership to move forward with a united vision.

2. Healthy Church Assessment - $300
This assessment is done by the church congregation and is designed to measure the health of the church from a congregational perspective. This assessment measures 15 sectors of church health. Click here We evaluate the health of the church based on data provided. We identify areas of the church that are working well along with areas that are struggling. Based on the results we then provide recommendations and action steps that can be used to make effective changes in direction and focus.

3. Community Demographic Assessment - $300
This assessment is designed to evaluate the community surrounding the church. We provide a full 34 page demographic study of the neighborhoods around your church. We help you develop a thorough understanding of who is in your community. Our focus is to equip you to know your community and develop effective outreach strategies that reach new people and advance relevant programs. We provide a live 90 minute webinar to go over the data, answer questions and look deeper into areas of interest.
