We use various assessment data to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the church and leaders to develop new opportunities to advance your ministry.

Pastoral Executive Coaching – by-weekly coaching calls – $250 per month
3 Month Minimum Commitment (Assessments Not Included)

We provide a customized executive coaching experience for senior pastors incorporating the components of the assessment to establish a comprehensive growth plan for the lead pastor and the church. We guide the senior leader through a strategic plan to implement the necessary changes for moving the church and leaders to growth and health.
